Hideaway cottage is an original part of the 'Upper Chine Girls School' it is located at the rear of the cottages overlooking the Chine and gardens.

This is a cosy one bedroom cottage consisting of an open plan living area.

The lounge has a feature brick fireplace with electric stove fire. French doors overlook the Chine, dining area and kitchen, to include electric oven & hob, fridge/freezer and microwave.
Television and DVD player.

The cottage has Electric Heating.

Outside space to sit and relax in, which overlooks the gardens.

Double bedroom with 4 poster bed leading from the bedroom is an en-suite shower room.

Bed linen and towels are provided for use in the accommodation, beds are ready made for your arrival.
Under sink items are provided.

£150 deposit is required within 14 days of making a reservation, balance is payable six weeks before arrival.

This is a privately owned cottage.

Cancellation of booking.
If the Hirer wishes to cancel the booking for non-insurable reasons he should advise Upper Chine Cottages immediately by telephone, followed by a confirmatory letter/email. Only on confirmation of acknowledgement from Upper Chine Holidays is the holiday cancelled and you are not under any obligation for the full amount.
Deposit is non-refundable.
If the cancellation is made after the balance due date (six weeks before arrival), then the Hirer is responsible for the full payment unless the unit can be re-let.
