Now under new independent ownership, The Coach House has been refurbished and modernised and provides comfortable and spacious accommodation. The delightful stone cottage is available for up to 6(+1)guests.
On the ground floor is a family bathroom(no shower), a bright sitting room and a well equipped kitchen/diner. A high chair is available.
There is also a conservatory giving access to a secure patio garden overlooking Shanklin chine.
On the first Floor are 3 bedrooms: comprising a King-bed Bedroom (which also has a single bed available for those who prefer not to share) with en-suite shower, a further double Bedroom and a Bunk room. The King and Double beds benefit from superior mattresses with feather duvets and mattress toppers to provide a luxurious night. A travel cot is also available.
Bed linen and towels (excluding beach towels)
Household supplies including washing up liquid, tea towels, kitchen paper, dishwasher tablets, washing powder, tea, coffee, hand soap, toilet rolls etc.
The whole cottage is warmed by gas fired central heating, with unlimited hot water.
One allocated parking space on site.
Getting to the island
The owner is able to provide discounted travel on Red Funnel car ferries.
Change over day is flexible, except during July and August when there is a & day minimum booking period with change over on Saturday.

Short Breaks are available throughout the year, minimum stay 2 nights:
Sunday - Thursday £145 per night.
Friday - Saturday £175 per night.
Small dogs are allowed providing that they do not go upstairs and an additional £10 per day is payable.
