Welcome to Church Mews, a stylish and modern 3 bedroomed holiday home, providing accommodation for up to six guests.
Inside the property on the ground floor, there is contemporary open plan lounge / diner, with a fully equipped kitchen to include oven, hob, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine.
There is a large TV with satellite Free Sat and a DVD player. Free Wi-Fi is available within the property.
A downstairs cloakroom off the hallway is a bonus to this property.
There are French doors leading from the lounge to the patio and garden, with garden furniture and a Teppanyaki Grill to enjoy some outside dining. Beyond the patio is a lawn, edged with flower borders, with a hot tub in a prime position beneath a private timber shelter.
On the First floor there is the Master bedroom with an impressive 4-poster king-size bed, a selection of quality bedroom furniture and wall-mounted TV. To the side is an ensuite with a separate shower.
The second bedroom has an oak double bed, again with wall mounted TV with Free Sat TV (independent from the downstairs).
The third bedroom has two single beds, again with wall mounted TV with Free Sat TV (independent from the downstairs).
NOTE: - All bedrooms are fitted with blackout blinds.
The main bathroom upstairs is completed with a basin, WC and over-the-bath shower.
All bed linen and in-house towels are provided for use in the property, the beds will be ready-made upon your arrival.
The property is heated with a gas central heating system.
A deposit of £150 is required within 7 days to secure the booking, balance is payable 6 weeks before arrival, accepted forms of payments are Bank Transfer.
